Shipping

We offer delivery to selected countries, which can be found during checkout. All orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Shipping times

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that during busy periods or collection launches, dispatch may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address. The shipment will be sent under DAP terms. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and any customs handling fees upon arrival, including any applicable charges outside the EU.

Carriers

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@vicinavicina.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (such as customs processing, strikes or weather conditions), but we will do our best to help.

Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected or is returned due to incorrect delivery information, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return charges.
