You can return any item purchased from Vicinavicina within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return

Some parcels include a prepaid return label in the envelope. If a label is included, please repack your items, attach the label, and drop off the parcel with the indicated carrier.

Once your return has been processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the fee varies depending on the country of return.

• Denmark: 50 DKK
• Norway: 278 NOK
• Sweden: 137 SEK

For countries not listed, kindly return your order using a home delivery option directly to the address shown below. Please make sure to include the packing slip. Returns are at the customers expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We do not refund the shipping costs.

Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• With all original tags attached
• In their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
